Every year, on the occasion of Pai Tiatrist Birth Anniversay i.e 14th December, Tiatr Academy honours eminent tiatrists for their lifetime contribution in the field of Tiatr.

Tiatrist C D Silva, Ravindra Bhavan Chairman Damodar or Damu Naik, TAG President Prince Jacob, Joe Rose, Tomazinho Cardozo, Jessie Dias, Felcy, Fatima, Rico Rod etc were also present .
Chief Minister Manohar Parrikar was to grace the occasion instead of Dayanand but he had to go to Bhopal for some BJP Party related function there.
At the end of the fuction, a Tiatr 'Konnem Laila Uzo' by late C Alvares directed by his daughter Capucina Alvares was staged with all Bombay tiatrists
