Update:
Tiatr scheduled for 24th Oct (Alfi Art) is postponed to 1st Nov (due to some Govt function)
and that was on 1st Nov. postponed to 3rd Nov

Two more groups withdrawn from the competition
Tiatr MPDZN of Canancona Scheduled for 31st  October Canelled
Tiatr Nidukai of Ponda Rescheduled for 3rd Nov also Cancelled
Announcement by KA on 25th Oct.
Total groups now reduced to 36

FOUR tiatr cancelled  or withdrawn from the above scheduled
1. Tiatr MPDZN from Canacona Scheduled for 31st October Cancelled
2. Tiatr NIDUKAI from Ponda Rescheduled for 3rd Nov also Cancelled
Announcement by KA on 25th Oct.
3. Tiatr GHONTTER from Porvorim scheduled for 5th Dec. (announced 2nd Dec)
4. Tiatr DBK from Fatorda scheduled for 17th Dec. (Announced 16th Dec)
Total participating groups now reduced to 34 (from 38).

Pass holders are entitled to a refund of Rs. 160 on presentation of the original pass to KA

Top Prize Rs. 1,00,000

Tiatr Academy offers upto Rs.15,000 per group + a copy of DVD recording of their tiatr
Plus 75% of the gate collection
e.g. If full house i.e. Rs.40x950= 38,000 75% of which would be about 28,500
Minimum of Rs.25,000 guaranteed assuming  lowest intake of 33% of the actual capacity of the hall

KA’s Top prize money until this year was Rs.15,000, 10,000 & 7,500

2012 – 30 (1^st Prize: PANCHVO MADAMENT Alfi, Divar)

KA Prize money gone up i.e. 20,000, 15,000 & 10,000 respectively
TAG also increased its financial support from 10,000 to 15,000

 2013 – 38  (Starts 23^rd Sept, ends 30^th Dec)

KA top prize money shot up by 500% i.e.
First Prize 1,00,000, 2^nd Prize 75,000 and 3^rd 50,000...
For the first time 58 seats (2 Rows F 1-28 & G 1-30) reserved for season passes / ticket which are available 3 days before the start of the Competition  i.e. 20th  Sept
